Haven't dined in for a while but was impressed by the quality and presentation of the food. I think they renovated the inside a bit, so it feels more spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful, albeit service was a bit slow. Onto the food! I got a Chirashi don (23) and it was aesthetically packed full of fresh sashimi. There was hamachi, Atlantic salmon, sockeye salmon, tuna, octopus, surf clam, scallop, tai, shrimp and tamago! I love the sauce it comes with, probably a ponzu style light soy sauce? We also got a scallop oshi (19) and Salmon oshi (18) which were delicious, they melted in my mouth and had a perfect ratio of fish to rice. My friends got the cheese tonkatsu (limited quantities) and a volcano roll... Which came with literal fire! I left with half my chirashi don to go and we were all stuffed! Can't wait to go back again soon!

We tried this place out for Valentine's day 2023. Despite a full parking lot and a busy interior, they were more than willing to accommodate us. Barely a five minute wait. We split the takoyaki, which was crisp and delicious. The katsudon is extremely filling and certainly a meal all on its own. Perfectly cooked pork and the rice and veggies its paired with made for a delicious choice. We ordered two separate rolls, and they were larger than we expected. Ordinarily, we don't ask for a takeout box, but we had to here because we got so much food and didn't realize how large the portions would be in comparison to other sushi places we've visited. The server was kind enough to give us recommendations and some extra time with the menu. The food and the service combined with the atmosphere made for a great dinner. All in all, it was a wonderful first impression and we've ordered from there since then. Definitely worth the try, if you're in the north end for lunch or dinner!

Fresh, fun and great pricing, these guys know what they're doing. The only thing I would complain about and it's not even about the food, it's the seats on the booth need to be reupholstered.

Had dinner here tonight with friends, fast service, lots of menu options. Good food, competitive prices, waitress was great! AC made it a little chilly at our table, green tea cups are tiny. Great sushi will be back.

My husband and I frequent this place, I'm celiac so finding gluten free sushi only gives you a few options. We rarely have to wait for a seat, if we do it's not very long and the food is delicious.

It was a cozy, welcoming restaurant. The service was quick, and the waitresses were super kind. The food was sooooo good and was really fairly priced, would 100% recommend the cheese cake tempura it was an 11/10, the iced strawberry late was a solid 8/10, as for the sushi it was fantastic!! The dynamite rolls were pretty big and were well portioned, and it was rly good a solid 8/10, and my girlfriend gave the spicy California rolls a 9/10. All and all really good place to go for affordable food, we will 100% be going back again

Ok I am partially thinking I shouldn’t share this review, would hate to have to stand in line! Absolutely the best sushi I have had in a long time and that includes Vancouver! This is a hidden gem right near Costco!! Highly recommend.
